  • Billing data: Payment method details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
  • API usage: Request counts, endpoints called, timestamps, and IP addresses for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.
  • Contact messages: Name, email, and message content when you contact us.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Providing and improving the API service
  • Processing payments and managing subscriptions
  • Sending transactional emails (API key creation, billing receipts)
  • Enforcing rate limits and preventing abuse
  • Responding to support requests

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policy:

  • Supabase — Authentication and database hosting
  • Stripe — Payment processing
  • Resend — Transactional email delivery
  • Upstash Redis — Rate limiting and caching
  • Vercel — Web application hosting and edge functions

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your account. API request logs are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion option in your dashboard settings.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including TLS encryption, hashed passwords, and scoped API keys. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but take reasonable precautions.
